Piercing Services

Aztec provides piercing services for all the families needs. Aztec prides itself on its Council and Health approved facilities and our fully trained professional piercers.

All Aztec salons use autoclave sterilization and disposable needles to reduce all infection risks. We only use and provide quality jewellery. We pierce earlobes with a Studex gun and jewellery and all other piercing are performed with disposable needles.

We pride ourselves in our moral code of ethics and will only pierce under 18's with written parental consent.

Body Piercing is extremely popular in today's society and in doing so has become a very lucrative and profitable income aspect into Beauty Salons.

Since establishing itself in Australia in the early 1990's, there has been no decline in its popularity.

Seeing the need for some professionalism and standards, Jacquie Eckford trained with a Sydney Medical Practioner for total body piercing in 1990. Aztec Beauty Concepts, at Westfield Tuggerah, was the first beauty salon on the Central Coast to offer body piercing. This has given Jacquie more that 19 years experience in the industry.

Aztec Heircienda set the standards on the Central Coast for beauty salons, by training Beauty Therapists in the art of body piercing and thus offering a safe and clean environment to suit all the families needs. Aztec Beauty Concepts income doubled with the introduction of body piercing.

To date Jacquie Eckford has trained all over Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand & the USA.

Training can be provided for individuals or groups. A 10% discount applies to groups of 3 or more. Training can be provided in our Council and Health approved rooms or in your salon, although local council and health conditions will apply, (please refer to local council for their guidelines).

Training Schedules

Training schedules are two or three day workshop for beginners or a one day refresher, with theory and practical. Models are supplied in our local area only. Extra days are available if required, charges will apply. A training guideline manual is supplied to each trainee with the ongoing support via telephone mail or email.

We will introduce you to medical and quality jewellery suppliers that can give you the best profit margins on your purchases, that we have found at that time.

Upon completion of training, all trainees receive a Certificate of Completion (Statement of Attainment) and will have the confidence and knowledge to embark on their new and rewarding profession.

On your wedding day, appointments are made to suit you and your entire wedding party, a light champagne breakfast is provided.

We provide pre wedding trials in hair and beauty.
